Cancelation Policy 

At Twin Cities Barber Co., we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 2  hours before your scheduled time, you will be required to pre-pay for future appointments and we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. If you have previously had a late cancellation, any future late cancellations will not be refunded.  Want to find out more? Get in touch.

Late Arrivals

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Twin Cities Barber Co. and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
